Tips and Advice

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time.
  • Practice yoga on an empty stomach. Please refrain from eating a heavy meal 2-3 hours before class.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after practice. Avoid drinking during practice.
  • Please keep your shoes and personal belongings outside the practice room and in the lockers.
